This is my first week hosting the Taphophile Tragics week that was originally hosted by Julie (please click on the link to see the original meme, which ran for 46 weeks).

This is the mausoleum for Albert and Lou Ringling, and is in Walnut Hill Cemetery in Baraboo, Wisconsin.  Al was one of the famous Ringling Brothers, one of seven siblings who transformed their small company into one of the largest circuses in America in the 19th and early 20th centuries.    Al lived from 1852-1916, and is buried here with his wife, Lou (whose real name was Eliza), who lived from 1851-1941.

Welcome to the first week of this meme on Marble Towns!

I am following the same rules for this meme that Julie had set up, and have all the information on my page for Taphophile Tragics.   Please ensure that you include some details of the cemetery in which you took your photographs, and link directly to your post, rather than simply to your blog in general. This week, Mr Linky opens at 10:00 PM Monday, Chicago time (Central time, USA), and closes at 10:00 PM on the Friday.

I’m looking forward to hosting, and seeing everyone’s posts.  If you have any questions or comments about my hosting (or anything else), please leave a comment or send me an email (Liquidityoftime @ gmail dot com)
